Was in town and visited this location and was great. I even talked with the manager for suggestions. I highly recommend this location if you’re in town. Good customer service is hard to fine and they nailed it.

Food was juicy & hot . The workers was very upbeat & professional . Restaurant was clean great, music in the atmosphere was low & vibing. Will definitely bring the family back next time we're in this part of town.

Grabbed the half roasted chicken with rice, beans, and a dinner roll—super tasty and filling. The chicken was juicy and had that classic roasted flavor, but I didn’t really get the citrus marinade they mentioned. Still good, just not what I expected. The real stars were the sauces—cilantro garlic and the spicy one added an awesome kick. Drive-thru was quick, staff was friendly. Definitely a solid meal.

Oh! This Pollo is Always good. Food is always Fresh. People are nice. This is one of the Best. It's Clean. No outside seating. Normally a short line. If you are looking good service, here, I'd suggest.

this store has new management and it’s obvious, me and my family have stopped by before with a mediocre experience and the food was no where as good as it was today. My family meal was so good. Hats off to cooks in the kitchen. The manager was vey bubbly and seasoned I believe her name was Consuello. The dining are was clean and so were the bathrooms, as I was in and out so much with my kids. I will definitely be back before the end of the week. Hope you guys bring back the chillers!

We don't have Pollo Tropical where I live, so I HAD TO HAVE IT when I came to Pembroke Pines area. The Tropical Trio with yellow rice was on point yummy

I ordered a large family meal that required a load of different order request. Consuello helped to make sure my order was precise and I am appreciative of how much patience she had with me and my family to make sure we were taken care of. I even appreciate the cleanlinest of the store.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience today during lunch! The food was out of this world, and the friendly staff really made me feel at home. The place was spotless, which just added to the enjoyment of my meal. I can't wait to come back and indulge again! Highly recommend this gem!
